We are thrilled to offer our customers a shipping service that offsets the carbon footprint of every delivery, by contributing to climate protection projects such as Reforestation, Water Protection and Wind Power.
At a time when free shipping is all too common and often expected, we know that being charged for your delivery can be off-putting. That's why, when you pay for shipping with us, we discount the cost by subsidising at least a third of the total DHL fee to more than cover the excess charges of carbon-neutral shipping. While we hope this helps, as a circular fashion business, we consider the popularity of standardised free shipping and return as a dangerous overconsumption incentive. Encouraging impulse buying and helping to take the "guilt" out of buying yet another thing you don't need, it’s not what we consider a sustainable business practice.
At AFORE AFTER, we only offer free shipping when the order total allows us to absorb the full cost. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns. For more information about our returns policy, and how we've gone to great lengths to try to avoid them, please read the returns section below.

At our headquarters, we strive to process all items for shipping within 2 - 3 working days after receiving your order. As a small, independent business with few hands, we thank you for your understanding and patience.
